Beyond product design

I co-founded a mobile screen-printing business, built a local apparel brand, and designed branding and a website for a local art gallery. It's where I learned to ship, sell, run the numbers, and take accountability.

01

XP Merch

A mobile screen-printing business that live-prints shirts at events, printing only as they sell so there's no waste. We reached profitability within two years and kept growing through the pandemic, printing at concerts, trade shows, festivals, and even the College World Series.

02

Keep Omaha Weird

A side project of a side project: our own designs, sold online and at Omaha maker's markets, celebrating the city's unique vibe.

03

Landlock Gallery

Branding and a website for a small art gallery in Blackstone, Omaha's nightlife district.

What I Learned

Running a business, completing freelance contracts, and doing print production work taught me to look beyond the screen and think about cost, customers, and shipping great products that people love.
